Blindness

As a strange plague renders people sightless, an eye doctor's wife (Julianne Moore) inexplicably retaining her ability to see pretends to be blind to stay with her stricken husband (Mark Ruffalo). When they're taken to a government-run quarantine zone, Moore struggles to survive as inmates become desperate, psychotic, and organized.
