These are true performances. The material was not chosen prior to session and then only briefly rehearsed, resulting in intensely focused and energetic music, yet freed from the constraints of prior expectations. Much of this music is my original compositions which Kelly and Rusty had never heard, much less played. Much discovery and joy follow. Enjoy!
