This meditation is the culmination of 30 years of the study of meditation, hypnosis and the mind. This edition has been tested on a large group of people from varied backgrounds with remarkable results. It only takes 30 minutes to relax and listen to the meditation. You must stay awake. So, it is recommended that you sit up in a chair, rather than lay down to listen to it, unless you want to go to sleep. When you first use the meditation, listen it to it a few times until you are comfortable with the entire exercise. Then repeat once a month or so to enhance your wealth, or as you feel the need to use it.
