This all started when my roomate asked me to write a song for his wedding. Once I started writing, it opened a new musical outlet for me. I started to write and record demo's on my 4-track tape deck. I put the acoustic/rock songs on myspace. The response was great, it was more than I could ever expect. I started to play some small venues & parties for friends & strangers. I also started receiveing label attention. I felt my heart belonged to my band 'In The Making,' so I decided to keep my focus with them. 'ITM' split in August of 2006. A few months later, I started to digitally record a full length album. Shortly after that, I joined Honor Bed, 'Start This Over' was abandoned. When I returned home from touring in the spring of 2007, I reworked the best sounding songs, releasing 'Start This Over' as an e.p. instead. After summer long tour, Honor Bed took a break. I played more shows and I recorded a new ep. 'Audio Photography' was released in the summer of 2008. I was also asked to be part of a compilation CD which was released in the fall of 2008. 2nd Grade Hi Five is my music. It will continue to be that outlet for me to express myself, however it evolves. So I hope to see you at a show. I'm a little shy, but don't be afraid to say hi. Keep on listening!
