'Solipsissimus' is the debut of 26, a project founded by guitarist Andy Kodiwein, formerly guitarist for Marco Minnemann's Illegal Aliens. Given how well MM and Kodiwein know each other musically, Kodiwein decided to play also bass to keep their unique chemistry pure as possible and make the classic instrumentalistic line up of guitars drums and bass complete. In Joe Valdarno he found the pleasurable voice that could deliver the strong melodies of his song orientated prog rock. Musical imprints of bands like Rush,Yes, King's X or Alice in Chains found their way into 10 songs with musical and lyrical depth that represent the unique sound of 26.
