SUPERCONDUCTORS Produced by Andrew Shartle and Travoltage at Grape Cave Studios. Engineered, Mixed and Mastered by Andrew Shartle. Recorded July - December 2010 CAUTION: This music may inspire day drinking, followed by medium to large scale rioting. There is no sense in sugar coating it, TRAVOLTAGE is rock 'n' roll in it's purest form. Their sound will defile the average music listener's sensibilities and inspire an electric frenzy of lust and violence. Once the band takes the stage, you may want to hang on to your girlfriend. The five members of TRAVOLTAGE have played in a wide variety of bands, but came together over a fifth of cheap whiskey in the hippie infested town of Eugene, Oregon. When they started in 2009, the group was named ¡Partíbánd!, with the goal to play rowdy house parties for college coeds. In short, the mission was a huge success. The band became an institution on Oregon college campuses, and developed a large following of young concert goers. After a couple more years of thrilling audiences at local venues and houses parties in Eugene and Corvallis alike, the group brought the name TRAVOLTAGE to fruition, and soon relocated to Portland. With the release of their first full-length album, Superconductors, TRAVOLTAGE aims to rub listeners the right way and the wrong way. So, don't fight the sound and savor the flavor as the music rubs you down. Enjoy, and be aware that listening to TRAVOLTAGE will make you run faster, jump higher, drink more alcohol, and sleep with more women than ever before.
