A multi-instrumentalist, he started at the age of 3 on keyboards, quickly progressing to percussion and strings. He's been a performer since age 13 - wowing crowds with his dance skills, unique style and incredible musicianship. Thaddeus Turner's trademark guitar playing is the pillar of the West Coast music scene. Combining the beauty of traditional soul with the power of rock, mixed with his talk-box stylings, Thaddeus has gained a loyal national following. As lead guitarist for the Seattle Heavy Soul band Maktub, Turner has received glowing praise from Rolling stone Magazine, to NPR and the Seattle times. Turner has built his reputation through thousands of live shows and international tours - sharing the stage with respected musicians including Dave Matthews, Stone Gossard, Brad and Digable Planets.
