"The heart of a nobleman, the soul of a gypsy" Terrence Farrell is one of the world's most sought-after classical guitarists, winning international acclaim for his concerts, television appearances, and recordings. Born in Salzburg, Austria, Mr. Farrell began studying the guitar at the age of eight and eventually became the protege of American guitarist Guy Horn, He has since gone on to international acclaim winning awards and competitions from the National Endowment for the Arts, University of Washington, the Palm Springs Opera Guild and the Monterey Jazz Festival along the way. He has twice performed for American presidents and has been a featured performer on the world cruise of the QEII. Farrell's music has been used for commercials in the United States and Europe including U.P.S. His composition, Gypsy Serenade, was featured on a Big Sur audio tour narrated by Clint Eastwood. In 2009 he was lauded for his 'virtuoso" performance as the lead guitarist in the acclaimed revival of the musical Man of La Mancha in which the whole orchestra was distilled down to two guitars.
