Yoga2Hear-Gentle Daily Yoga
Gentle Daily Yoga (2010) is made up of five different 15 minute gentle yoga sessions that have been devised to be used one a day in rotation. Each session uses clear, easy to follow instructions to introduce carefully selected gentle postures that are performed in sitting and laying positions such as a Lower Back Release and Supine Leg Extensions. The sessions have been devised specifically to gently mobilise and release tension from the body without placing stress on any joints and will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. The sessions are not physically demanding yet they still allow you to enjoy the many benefits yoga has to offer. They are ideal for those with restricted movement, those who have not exercised before or who have had a long break from regular exercise. In each session the postures are introduced using clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with a different atmospheric background music track. Gentle Daily Yoga was released in August 2010 and is one of over 40 Yoga2hear classes. It is devised and instructed by Yoga2hear founder Sue Fuller, Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years.
