Beginners Daily Yoga is made up of five different practical 15 minute sessions that contain simple but effective postures that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalised. Four of the sessions use various held postures whilst the fifth session links the postures together to form a flowing sequence known as a yoga vinyasa. All five sessions conclude with a relaxation section. In each session the postures are introduced using clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with a different atmospheric background music track. Beginners Daily Yoga was released in March 2010 and is one of over 40 Yoga2hear classes.
