It's been a long 7 years since the release of Spontaneous Woo's debut album, Monkey Knife Fight, and a lot has happened since then. Collectively, we've introduced a new bass player, bought four houses, had six kids, changed jobs seven times, and survived the death of lead guitarist Patrick Wang in a mountain climbing accident. Through all that, it was ultimately the move of drummer Nate Mather to Germany that prompted us to Settle Down, but not before releasing our second and likely final album. Settle Down is a collection of those seven years, and the drastic differences in the styles of the songs reflect the changes we went through. This album will take you on an eclectic ride through various musical genres. You'll hear everything from heavy metal to hard rock to ska to alt country to some songs that can't really be described as anything but modern rock. Enjoy!
