The Sickly Rich Boys arose out of the background radiation of the hills and valleys of Western Pennsylvania. They consist of Max Somebody (who always wanted "Max Somebody" to be his "punk" name), guitar, vocals, Napoleon, Bass, Rankle Frito, Guitar, Keys and Accordion, Retinal Fork, Drums and Tambourine. They came together in the center of mass frame, in 2001, and exploded onto the self-produced CD scene with their first album, Contradictory Crow, a raw freshman effort with sentences that almost never ended. Following up with their sophomore release, Tornado, in 2003, they captured the attention of the physics community with their originality of songs-as-thesis-material as exemplified by "Schrödinger\'s Cat" and "Spin, Too". They now bring four years of effort to the fore with Second Sight, a record in which they return to their roots in more immediate Newtonian physics, shunning the quantum field-theoretical efforts for direct "punch-in-the-gut" type impulse approximation.
