Leon Salem is a film composer with a number of indie film credits, as well as documentaries, film shorts, TV music, and CD-ROM music. His influences are Nelson Riddle, Debussy, Dave Brubeck, Paul Desmond, and jazz that\'s not self serving to the musician, and doesn\'t forget about the listener. On the CD \'Thread,\' he turns to his first love, jazz. Don DePascale is a working jazz musician in NJ who is the link that ties the album together...his creativity and enthusiasm is endless. Don brings a new sensibility and a new sensitivity to his approach on the Flugle Horn and the Trumpet. He is of course influenced by Miles, as well as Sandoval, and Dizzy.
