Misty Mountain Morning
Sage started writing songs at age 14. She grew into an active singer/songwriter in the Los Angeles area from 1971 to 1977. She left from being in front of the lights to going behind the lights in entertainment working for a television network, then to working on various movies in a production assistant/extra role capacity. Sage then discovered the computer industry and made this her career for the next career move. Reviews: Review of 'Misty Mountain Morning' by skystone Misty Mountain Morning i like it!! I'm a HUGE Zep fan, and when I saw the title, I was wondering if this was going to be a ripoff. Nope.... Definite similarities, but the voice is obviously a lot more early folk. I love how the chord progression is dark enough to help it not sound overly 'tree-huggerish.' Very cool, and awesome how you couldn't possibly find an artist in the mainstream doing something like this. Stay true!! Ontario, Canada Review of 'Misty Mountain Morning' by adambaker nice!! very cool, nice guitar work, DADGAD? well it sounds good, voice sounds good as well, unique and effective really adds to the song style etc. United Kingdom Review of 'Misty Mountain Morning' by andyampthecheatedhearts Misty Mountain Morning I've got to admit I like the simplicity of acoustic guitar and voice, and this track was definitely a pleasant listen. There's a very English feel about this type of folk music, and it does seem to tap into what Led Zeppelin were trying to do at one point, though it's roots obviously go back way further. All in all though, a nice listen. Italy 05.23.06 Review of 'Misty Mountain Morning' by ashesofsteel Misty Mountain Morning Good Riff and an ambitious vocal line. Seems to be Led Zeppelin inspired by the title and the riff sounding like two of the songs off their 4th album. It's a good length for the amount of repetition you have United Kingdom.
