It's not really a complicated process- you turn on the machines, plug in and give up your ghost, or your soul (whichever matters most). Then again, simplicity is a luxury: there's sickness, breakups, jealousy, hangovers, weather, the job, madness... So through thick and thinner, we cranked out 'Last Tender Leaves', 'Pardon The Witches', 'Wine Diamonds' and 'French Girl'- flushing money down the toilet and reveling in the useless genius of it all. We play shows when we can. We reflect. The songs keep piling up...
