In his first solo CD, Stale Scotch and Cheap Cigars, singer / songwriter / producer, Phil Swann, returns to his saloon-jazz roots with 10 original Swann songs - including co-writes with renowned songwriters, Greg Barnhill, Mark Winkler, Dave Bassett and the legendary, Paul Williams. Swann's songs have been heard in television, film and recorded by such artists as: Clay Aiken, Lee Ann Womack, Blake Shelton, Neal McCoy, Rodney Atkins and Lee Greenwood, to name a few.
