One Way's sound is almost as if it originated in the 70's. The music is crafted and engineered with warm analog effects modeled after the 70's. Showing depth in ability and style, One Way has quick paced tracks such as 'Forgiven' contrasted by tracks very different such as Silver Horses. Trying to stay away from 100% commerciality, at least half of the tracks on the CD are instrumentals with tracks like "In the Clouds" inspired by the beautiful melancholy hymn "Jesus, There is Something About that Name" heard at the close of many Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa services sung by Chuck Smith. You will hear influences from the likes of The Beatles and Pink Floyd on tracks like Silver Horses to craftier tracks like Narrow is the Path where there are so many 70's influences it's hard to identify one specifically. The sound of One Way is nostalgic yet modern sounding and I hope you enjoy it. One Way.
