Tabata is a training protocol that requires all-out effort and then complete rest. The intensity bouts only last 20 seconds but these 20 seconds will be the hardest effort you can muster. You will be on the bike for the cardio intervals and off the bike for strength intervals. This is a true total body workout like no other.
