Super Seniors: Box Balance & Lift
Join ACE certified fitness instructor Megan McCracken and the Super Seniors group for a fun filled, effective workout that is sure to make you smile as you gain strength, balance and confidence. No matter what your level of fitness, these workouts are remarkable as seated or standing. You will get a great workout that is never boring; A detailed instructional chapter ensures that you are using the right form for each exercise. A rewind challenge on the fun filled martial arts themed cardio segment that allows you to increase the heart healthy portion of your workout whenever you want. A cool-down that includes important, focused balance work. Both upper and lower body exercises are done with a single set of adjustable weights (included). We end our workout with a relaxing final stretch.
