International pianist, vocalist, composer and recording artist Mafalda who is said to look like Liz Taylor and plays like Liberace. She was inducted into the Tropicana Casino Legends Hall of Fame on October 11th, 2002. Most recent honor was having been inducted into the Las Vegas Walk of Stars on January 20th, 2008. January 20th is designated Mafalda Day in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her star is located in front of the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Mafalda has performed in showrooms and concert halls around the word. She performed for 30 yearson the Las Vegas Strip, appearing at the TROPICANA, DESERT INN, FLAMINGO, SANDS, DUNES, RIVIERA, THUNDERBIRD, MGM GRAND & SAHARA, over 15,000 stage appearances. Numerous European countries have opened their arms to her including a request for a private concert for his Holiness Pope John Paul II in Rome. She has shared the stage with some of the most popular entertainers of our time including Judy Garland, Eddie Fisher, Liberace, Jimmy Durante, Shecky Greene, Wayne Newton, Rich Little, Keely Smith, Frankie Laine, Bobby Vinto and Sarah Vaughan. Mafalda has earned a reputation among her contemporaries as a 'True Class Artist'.
