You don't exactly see it coming because her style so unassuming and simple, so she is sure to minister to your heart in a memorable way. No gimmicks, just pure raw talent are this singer's best assets. Her raspy powerpacked vocal style is unique and she communicates the gospel in a way that is incomparable. Clear, crisp and clean vocals with emotional and expressive delivery communicate very efficiently the message in her songs accompanied with the passion of the content. Lovener has been priviledged to grace some well known stages such as the Apollo Theatre, Metropolitan Opera House, Lincoln Center, City Hall, the American Diabetes Bikeathon as well as numerous local concerts, public and private events and churches across this country. This project is encouraging and inspirational songs that stem from her own personal experiences as well as shared experiences with others that you are sure to be able to relate to and identify with. She is responsible for writing the majority of the songs on the project and is assisted by some other cable writers who have contributed to her first project as well. For this young singer-songwriter it is important that she be clear in what she is communicating through her music. Lovener counts as her influence classic vocalists such as Whitney Houston, Yolanda Adams, CeCe Winans, India Arie, Jennifer Hudson, all whom she has been compared to a time or two. She has been able to write music drawing from her first love which is poetry. She describes her ministry as 'Communicating Christ and Inspiring Faith.' Her music ministry she states is ultimately about Communicating Christ; His Heart and His Character. Someone described it as a Beggar telling other beggars where to find bread. It's about changing lives and essentially saving lives by pointing others to the source of strength, renewal and redemption. The ultimate goal is to make disciples who make disciples. It's a call to Relationship.
