Swings of Fate is Carlos Timón's first record as a band composer. The record is an innovative set that combines a diverse range of styles and influences. Featuring Fran Padilla - former member of Cuban bands Irakere and Síntesis - playing congas and percussion, English singer Belinda Baxter, pioneering Spanish flutist Juan Carlos Lores, Dead Capo members, Swings of Fate continues to defy categorisation.
