John Trusso has assembled a group of talented musicians to help him deliver a collection of Rock songs about living and loving in the world. Reminiscent of the album oriented Rock 'n Roll of the 70's, Pasta Sunday is a contemporary version that provides a little something for everyone and every mood. Starting with 'So Tell Me', Trusso's raw, edgy versions of driving rock through jazzy spoken word with even a couple instrumentals make for an eclectic listening experience . Aaron Mason does a brilliant job of capturing the honest passion of Trusso's music, guitar playing and vocals along with dynamic performances from talented musicians like the rhythm section of Christopher Terrazas and Ed Campa. Check out 'Cloudy Day' and 'Blue Crush' for Eric Hargett's inspired Saxaphone work...definitely a musician to take note of. Darryl Marini on Slide Guitar and Gustavo Farias on the Hammond B3 also provide performances definitely worth a listen.
