It's a Beautiful Day
This album comes from many different places in my life, in the sense that some of the compositions are much older than others. The reason for that is a couple of things. First of which is that when you're busy playing, writing and/or recording in band projects, releasing a solo record is not high on the priority list. Second of all, I'm so damn picky and perfectionist like, that I second guess myself too much sometimes to let it just happen. Therefore, this collection of tunes is a culmination of waiting, writing and working. I always think it's funny when I hear other artist refer to their songs as their kids. I really felt that with this album, and It's hard watching your kids leave. I love the creative process of writing and recording a song, and I'm grateful that you, the listener, can feel something from my creation.
