Finding Relaxation in Presence
This meditation CD is lead by Jacque Jeffreys PsyS, a psychotherapist and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) teacher. She has a private practice in which she focuses on the release of past trauma through calming the nervous system and feeling the sensations in the body. She lives her life simply and compassionately in service of presence and healing. This CD was born out of a strong desire to share the power of being present to the moment through the simple noticing of the body which supports relaxation and resting. Jacque's soothing voice and deep connection with stillness has a profound and immediate effect to most anyone who listens to her. This simple guided meditation has an amazing ability to bring almost immedate calm to even the most "stressed out" situation that our busy lives can bring to us on a daily basis.
