In 1995, Jack moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and attended God's House under Bishop Michael Shelby. It was at God's House that music starting returning to Jack's life. He began leading songs for the choir and also met Ernest Lee of Ernest J Lee and the Disciples of David. Although they worked on a couple of songs, Jack elected not to pursue music outside his community since he did not feel led by the Spirit to move. From 1999 to 2002, due to trials and tribulations, Jack turned away from God. Through God's grace, however, and the prayers of others, Jack has a brand new beginning. God has anointed and given him His blessing to share with the world his personal testimony. He now endeavors to encourage and strengthen others who may be going through their own personal trials and tribulations so they, too, can know that God can and will Hold You Up.
