To Make the Night Complete
Highly acclaimed first solo release from this mid western born and raised singer/songwriter/musician. This album is full of optimism lyrically, and although it is a hybrid of many different musical influences, styles and genres, the 'To Make The Night Complete' collection stands out to have a particular groove all of it's own. J. Michael composed, produced and performed all of the vocals and instruments himself, except for the drums on this project, and it was recorded and engineered by the legendary Moe Whittemore at 700 West Recording outside of Indianapolis, IN. This project was recorded on a 3M 4 track 1/2' tape machine; the very same Sir George Martin used to record The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band LP, which only adds to the 'vintage' groove that embraces the overall laid back vibe of: 'To Make The Night Complete.'
