Raw, emotional and sonically adventurous, Hurricane #1 is a new band founded by former Ride co-leader Andy Bell. Following several well-received U.K.-only EPs, this debut album - exploding with confidence and taking in everything from Beatle-ish melancholia to Replacements-esque thrash - now places Hurricane #1 at the forefront of new British bands. This album was co-produced by Bell and Stephen Harris (Kula Shaker's K); 1st single/video: "Step Into My World."
