Grant Adams, an analyst for an innovative power company by day, sneaks into a basement recording studio during his seldom spare evening hours over the course of two years to bring us this provocative EP. The album opens with a song about losing his heart in a frigid Minnesota winter, uncertain he will ever recover. The theme of redemption runs through the entire album as he sings of God, a homeless man named Richard, mind altering chemicals and his favorite lady, Beccy O. This collection of songs will take you on an intimate journey seeking restoration, purpose, relief, connection and love. Grant is part of a group of musicians called The Mercy Collective. He has been writing songs for ten years and played bass in a new wave-electronic-pop-surf band, called 7 Inch Wave. Grant is eagerly expecting his first child and leads a songwriters gathering for local musicians.
