Gamer Life: (n) def- Heavy Metal Future Flow. "We're here to show the world something unexpected" says T.G. from the Denver, CO based hip-hop group called "Gamer Life". RH1N (producer/emcee), T.G. (emcee), Elijah Pratt (singer/guitar) and DJ Mr. Willis, come together to bring a sound and live performance that is unmatched by many of their peers. Born in Denver in 1979 and growing up listening to his father's band, RH1N knew he had a love-affair with music at a very early age. After his fathers unexpected death in 1998 he knew he had only one calling: Hip-Hop. T.G., it seemed, was lost from the start. In and out of jail since 15 years old, he felt that he was heading one way. After being released from prison in 2002, a mutual friend introduced the two young rappers and Gamer Life was born. They booked their first show at the Snake Pit in 2005 and never looked back. In 2008 they dropped their first official album "Famished" and the doors started to open. One week in 2009 changed Gamer Life forever: On April 20th they played the 4/20 Rally in Civic Center Park to thousands of heads and three days later opened up to a sold-out crowd at the Gothic Theatre for their idols growing up, Bone Thugs in Harmony. Standing at the top row of the theatre after their performance, watching a group they grew up listening to, RH1N turned to T.G. and said "We've came full circle bro!" They sure have... and it's only going to get better. The takeover begins when Gamer Life releases their next project called "Denver Zoo" on April 20th 2010 at the 4/20 Rally in Civic Center Park. They promise nobody has heard anything like this coming out of Denver, CO and hope to inspire their peers and future musicians to step their game up. "Call it arrogance; call it what you want, but we're trying to bring real talent and emotion back to hip-hop." There is a new monster lurking behind the microphone and it's called... GAMER LIFE.
