From their humble beginnings in 2007 Fried Goat formed an artistic union in Augusta, GA that has grown exponentially to the present day. The group's dedication to craft is edifying, life affirming, and deeply satisfying. Big riffs, massive grooves and heavy jams are the hallmarks of Fried Goat's music. One may say that fate brought them together to form an eclectic sound with influences ranging from Bob Dylan to Black Sabbath. In challenging the limits of reachable musical boundaries, Fried Goat has possibly created the rock album of the year. Laced with influences from hard rock, folk rock, Bulgarian rock, blues, metal and country Bon Appétit has appeal for everyone, yet stubbornly refuses to be categorized. As with the band's previous recordings (Everything Tastes Better Fried EP, Live From the Factory EP), Bon Appétit has produced a plethora of sure to be hits, yet several songs have gone in a different direction. The new arrangements should satisfy the hungriest of Fried Goat fans with 12 distinct songs. Quite simply, the time for Fried Goat is right now, and there is no better place to start than with Bon Appétit.
