This album is a result of a new style of rock collaboration that occurred between four musicians in the Baltimore city area; a Guitarist (Michael Bohorquez) with roots in Psychedelic Rock and Traditional Latin American folk music, a Saxophone player (John Stagg) with roots in Jazz and Funk, a Bassist (Brian Strawhand) with roots in Bluegrass and Rock and Roll, and a Drummer (Sameer Khan) with roots in Traditional Indian Music and Heavy Metal. This project has blossomed into a musical force that commands the audience's attention at their live performances. Freedom Enterprise is a new band that is going to change the musical landscape. Unlike most music that is produced to conform to a marketable genre, Freedom Enterprise naturally blends so many genres to create a new eclectic sound that gets your out of your seat and out of your mind. Music to move your feet - Music to move your mind. Freedom Enterprise has been compared to talking heads, phish, band of gypsy's, cake, the grateful dead, santana..... like if John Coltrane and Johnny Winter ate LSD and had Dr. Dre produce their first album.
