Yesterday Today One Foundation
Edith grew up in northern Alberta, in a small town called Lacrete. She grew up in a rather large family of 10 sisters and 2 brothers. Her family was well known in the surrounding area for thier beautiful harmony. Singing was very much part of her life growing up, whether in Church, or in other community events. She would usually sing the lead or alto in various family groups they form over the years. Her first professional recording was done with her brother David in 1989, which is still in circulation today. In 1992 she, together with her husband and children move to central alberta to a town called Stony Plain, Alberta. This eventually lead her into a solo ministry. In 2002 she recorded her first solo project which did very well for her. One of her biggest joys was recording a duet with her daughter Melanie in 2004. Both Melanie and Edith enjoy ministering in different chuches, music festivals or whoever would have them. Her Latest solo project 'Yesterday, Today, One Foundation' is a mix of favorite hymns, classic southern gospel, as well as some new songs. Whether these songs were written years ago, or today, the message is timeless, and has been very foundational in her life.
