In this recording, Dennis Doyle departs from his usual all-instrumental harp collections and performs songs from his live concert sets. Among these tracks is Lady of Knock by Dana Scanlon which is popular in festival liturgies. There are songs of peace, including Reconciliation by Ron Kavana and the Music of Healing by Tommy Sands. This recording is a family collaboration; lovely vocalist daughter Grace Doyle sings Sally Gardens and does backup vocals on most other pieces as does wife Paula Doyle. Son Austin, who likes to be referred to as 'Music God Austin' plays guitar and mandolin throughout the recording and also did the album art. He is a fresh BA graduate in Art from Cal State Northridge. Youngest daughter Sarah plays the bodhran on a few select cuts. Dennis tops off the collection with his usual lovely harp instrumentals, Maid with Her Cow and Gentle Maiden.
