Dance on the Moon
"Dance On The Moon" cuts a swath through the heart of Americana. The opening blast of acoustic guitars in "Pirate Dance" clears a path for the orchestral electrics that sing in harmony over the chorus. Shifting gears into a deadly reggae groove,"Make It Last" suggests a bruised optimism that finds release in it's wah wah outro. Country, R&B, reflective ballads, and hook driven rock round out this impressive solo release by Connecticut's Dave Webster, a veteran of the music wars for over forty years. Drawing from his experience, Webster weaves a rich tapestry of guitar fire, great tunes, and smooth vocals in a tasty American music gumbo.
