Change My Ways
High energy, raw, deep lyrics, are just a few words you can use to describe this band. Think Jonny Lang meets Chris Isaak meets The Rolling Stones meets Stevie Ray Vaughn meets John Lee Hooker with a little Tim McGraw. When you see them live, Expect to laugh, cry, and jump to your feet from the explosion of music they will bring you. The group consists of Kent Moody on piano, organ and vocals. Kent was playing for Brenton Woods and other various artists in LA prior to coming to Phoenix, Arizona. Playing guitar and vocals is Danny Moore who in the late 80s toured with a R&B band called Pulse. He also worked for A&M Records producing and writing. He has writing credits on Cece Peniston's album "Finally". Misael Rios is the bass player and also played drums on a few of the songs on the CD. Misael is a live sound and studio engineer/producer as well as plays in local bands including 75 Summers and Peppermint James. Bryson Ford is our drummer. He plays way beyond his years (18) and brings a youthful presence and excitement to the band. Jeff Frost is the lead singer/front man who brings tremendous energy to the stage. He is a studio engineer/producer and a writer who has his own studio. He is the originator of the band. The Daily Special has opened up for Casting Crowns, The Newsboys, and Chris Sligh (in the top 10 of American Idol season 6) as well as playing in local shows around town.
