Historical Acoustic Concert
This double digipack album (CD + DVD) was recorded in a public performance of music played in London Barking at Greatfields Temple on August 8th, 2009. And the event was said to be acoustic because most of the instruments used were acoustic, such as the saxophone, the guitars, the piano and others... Basically, this live recording album was made in an event where Daddy was to introduce a new kind of music he has brought (African world music combined with a bit of Latin-American music). Therefore, the concert is of historical importance not only because of this innovation, but also since it was Daddy's first time to do a concert on his own for over twenty years he's been into this carrier. This is exactly where comes the title "historical acoustic concert". This music is based on philosophy, psychology and theology. This is really it's background. It is remarked in the themes developed in most of the songs that Daddy Mabanza, the Congolese student, had been contemplating the way people are living in this world. And as a result, Daddy argues on this important topic that many people usually discuss or argue about and has tried, in conclusion, to give some advice on both human behaviour/conduct and how humans should behave towards God who is believed to have created the universe. That's it!
