Game Music and Experimental Electronica made by Owen Johnson at Wartburg College in Waverly, IA. This is techno made for fun and isn't polluted by fluffy lyrics. It's fun, goofy, and intense at the same time. If you like video game music, you will probably like Colorful Limo. The music is a blend of progressive synths and old school sounds, falling somewhere between trance and new age, never polluted with fluffy lyrics. It has been compared to the themes from Mario, Sega Genesis classics, Half-Life 2, and Portal, as well as well as the works of Mannheim Steamroller. Composing techno became a hobby of Owen Johnson when he was in high school, and it developed into something bigger as he moved on to college. Shifting toward more game oriented music and studying computer science, Owen hopes to write games and/or music for a living after he graduates from college. The name came from a misunderstanding while trying to pick band names. Colorful Limo was misinterpreted from another name, and it stuck!
