Double Exposure 2
When I was 12 years old I began playing the guitar. I learned Beatles songs, got into Blues and Rock, was interested in Fusion groups like the Mahavishnu Orchestra and then I got my first Wes Montgomery LP when I was 17 or 18 years old. From that day on I knew that I wanted to learn about jazz. I studied at many different schools and with many excellent guitar players. Up to this day I have remained interested in the different styles of music and I am often attracted to one end of the spectrum or the other. I still love Wes Montgomery and Pat Metheny, but I also admire the guitar playing of Robben Ford and Larry Carlton. 'Double Exposure Part 2' reflects the guitar playing and composing styles of the latter mentioned musicians. I love to play with distorted guitar sound, but don't get to do it live often enough. Hope you will enjoy my music as it stretches from Blues, Rock, Fusion, Funk, and Latin to Jazz. Thank you. Christian Foley-Beining.
