Formed in 2005, No Star in the Sky Entertainment, Inc. began with a handshake between friends and the signing of a talented, dynamic artist - Cho-Sun - to the label. With humble beginnings, the fledgling group bought and learned the use of an inexpensive digital studio and quickly recorded a short-length demonstration CD, Feel the Sun Shine. As this project wrapped up, the company bought an Apple laptop and began using an amazing program, Garageband, to craft exciting new beats. Almost immediately, the concept for the next project was born - Welcome to Tomorrow-, a full-length album showcasing the versatility and intensity of Cho-Sun's lyrical ability alongside complex, engaging beats. Contact: email@example.com Band Bios - Cho-Sun A Native of Port-au-Prince Haiti, Cho-Sun migrated to the Washington D.C. area at a young age and started a journey of learning about a new culture and language. Being surrounded by a variety of sounds and styles, he embraced a variety to form his own unique technique of expression. At the age of 10, Cho-Sun began writing rhymes and performing them for friends and family. When family friend Barnett O. Williams introduced him to the microphone at age 13, he knew instantly that music was his calling in life. Attending Good Counsel High School in Wheaton, MD, he honed his skills and met other like-minded artists. He then attended Gramblin University and University of MD in College Park, studying Criminal Justice and often working by day as an early childhood educator. Over these years, he worked with several talented artists in collaborative projects. From the gut-wrenching street knowledge lyrics of 'Posses' to 'Snatchin' Mics" (featuring Moonchild and Flo Brown), Cho-Sun underwent a transformation, rediscovering a thirst for knowledge which has opened a door to a new style of expression. As he says in 'Change Theory,' Cho-Sun is ready to combine his tactics, styles and rhymes to restore what he feels has been lost...Hip-Hop at it's best. Now at the fresh age of 31 and his tongue sharper than ever, Cho-Sun's style is more mature and he maintains that same drive and love for the game that now sends him back to lab constantly working on hot new hits.
