Great for Terrible Times
2nd or 3rd album, depending how you count, from this rough and tumble outfit. Okay, not rough and tumble, but at least somewhat ill-mannered. Building on the first one (or two) albums; continuing the trajectory; taking it to the next level? Perhaps. The violin rocks, the rhythm section rolls; the songs circle gracefully or march straight ahead like someone happy not to know their fate. Mystery abounds, and the mood is thick. WIll Great for Terrible Times catapult these musical wayfarers into the limelight?
