Cheyenne's voice cradled by the sounds of nature will take you to places where you can let go, relax, and call in all that you need to support you on life's journey. Cheyenne Roberson Mease RPP is an accredited Registered Polarity Practitioner and Certified Wellness Educator whose work and reputation has touched individuals throughout the United States. Cheyenne has traveled the country to learn and experience the most effective and respected techniques in the field. Since 1986, from California to New York, Cheyenne has studied and implemented her expertise on individuals 6 months through 90 years. Coursework includes work at Polarity Wellness, Murrieta, California, 1990, Network of Victim Assistance, Doylestown, Pennsylvania, 1991, The New England Institute For Polarity and Creativity, 1992, and The Polarity Wellness Center, New York, 1993-1995. Cheyenne also credits The Bowen Family Center in Princeton, New Jersey. Cheyenne is passionate about life. She believes that ' A key to a vital life is an eagerness to learn and a willingness to change.' Her life's mission is to integrate mind, body, heart and soul. She derives strength by using training in energy medicine and life experience to help clients restore balance necessary for well being. Cheyenne wants to touch as many people as possible with her healing techniques and positive energy. In December, 2001, Cheyenne released two separate relaxation CD's to the public! Now, more than a chosen few can experience the joy and strength of Cheyenne. Being In The Moment is the first CD developed straight from the heart. With a flick of the CD player listeners can take a break from life's everyday stresses and when needed, deal with ups and downs of battling disease, death, and abuse. Evelyn's Way is the second release named in honor of friend and cancer survivor, Evelyn Doyle. This CD is designed to encourage support and strength. Cheyenne is also an accomplished photographer and is committed to helping others through her work and through community service. Additionally, Cheyenne is a popular local educator who has been teaching wellness & movement classes for the past six years. She has personally developed an approach to eastern and western ways of thinking about exercise, stress reduction and relaxation. She combines polarity exercises and simple yoga postures, along with an intuitive approach to relaxation and rejuvenation techniques. Cheyenne derives the strength she needs to make a difference through experiencing and assessing the needs of every individual.
