ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF THIS CD WILL GO TO THE AMERICAN RED CROSS FOR AID TO THOSE WHO WERE AFFECTED BY HURRICANE KATRINA!!!!! 'Operation Share Your Heart' Any holiday is a very special time for everybody. There is something new to remember; a smile on a loved one's face as he opens a gift or just enjoys a special moment. So as each holiday passes, let us take minuet or two to remember our brave heroes of America! As we begin a new year we continue to stand strong and keep our love and support for the heroes of America everlasting. As a new years resolution, it is our goal to get the 400 or so CDs we have left overseas to our very brave soldiers. Our CD 'Sweet Freedom' was made as a special thank you to these heroes of America. This year we want to be able to send our thank you to as many of our heroes as possible. With your help we can send this message of encouragement, freedom, and love overseas. Please help us by buying a copy of 'Sweet Freedom' and sending it to a hero for a Christmas gift. All proceeds go to the Orrington School's music and drama department. A few of our CDs have already made it overseas and the response has been heart warming. We would like to hear from more soldiers as they, few by few, hear our thank you. Read on for some comments from some of our soldiers, past and present. I would like to thank the Center Drive Singers for giving me a copy of 'Sweet Freedom.' I really liked the songs you chose, they really fit the situation we're in right now. You all have great talent, strong voices, and the will to succeed. Keep up the good work! I want to let each and every one of you know that we are doing our best to stop terrorism, and provide a safer environment in Afghanistan for the upcoming elections. Stay safe, continue what you're doing because it may not seem a lot to you but it means a lot to us. ( US Soldier stationed in Afghanistan) I just listened to your CD...you four young ladies, are an exceptional quartet...I sensed you were singing from your hearts, and not your heads. As a Vietnam Veteran, I can only say through teared eyes, and an emotional mind and heart 'Thank you' from the bottom of my heart. I end it by saying to you, 'You are so very welcome'. ( Vietnam Veteran) We are two Special Forces soldiers who have 'been there' and when we came home we heard about your CD. We have it with us and will be heading back in three days. We will make sure the British guys get to hear it, ok girls? Good luck from the UK soldiers. ( UK soldiers) .
