- 'Record labels will not know what to do with him, great music and not to be put in a box' - 'Definately raw, and rough around the edges, but that's what he is about.' - 'Abjection is the best song i've heard this year, beautiful.' - 'You have got to check this guy out live! Very powerful stuff' - 'He sounds like alot of different artists, but yet totally original. With new material and plenty of open mike nights, I quickly made like-minded friends who encouraged me to gig more and think about getting into a studio to record. And that's exactly what I did. Being in the studio is probably one of the happiest places for me; shut the world out and let the music consume you. The whole process is amazing - watching something you wrote on a napkin; or a tune you hummed in your head transform into something with a life of it's own is truly inspiring. The whole process from start to finish took about a year, working a full time job to fund the album and frustratingly recording 2 - 3 days a month. Having guidance from drummer and producer Damon Sawyers was absolutely priceless and I feel very blessed to have worked with someone with such knowledge and experience. The two of us got on amazingly well and are already talking about where to go with the second album.
