Somethin' to Chew on
Bands come and go. This band will be around for awhile starting with lead singer/ Songwriter Mike McKinnish who has had numerous interviews on the radio, Performed live on t.v. channel 7 "Your Carolina"with Jack and Kim. Mike enjoys Writing music more than anything and his skills show.Steven Poteat has played music since he was a child his ability to improve is outstanding he knows how to add accent to his riffs. Steven was brought on board shortly after the first CD was released and has added so much to the bands sound. Jackson Martin saxophone player was also born with an instrument in his hand. While in high school he was frequently asked to play for Gardner Webb University. The man can play pretty much every instrument he touches. He brings really fat sax licks that's needed for our reggae sound. John Floyd "the bass player" originally from Florida John has been in the studio for a lot of heavy weights including Keith Sweat .He stays in the gospel circuit which keeps him prepared . He can make his bass talk and say whatever he wants it to period . John wants this CD to go platinum so he can retire he believes that this is the CD that will do it. Barry Dalton (the only original band member left besides mike)still keeps it funky and always entertaining. With his shakers congos / bongos noise makers Barry adds the accents that's needed for us. Devin Brice is a sick drummer that showed us on this CD.Devin filled in for Vince at The studio and done an amazing job he's been filling in when needed ever since Devin is a beast on the drums and is probably the best pocket drummer that the band Has had played with them.In all this CD has a lot of passion and pump so strap on Your helmets grab a drink of your choice and enjoy!
