Hailing from a Maryland suburb of Washington, DC and currently residing in Chicago, IL, C.O. Any has been creating music in one form or another since elementary school. His focus turned to hip hop when, while attending college in Boulder, Colorado, C.O. Any began astonishing onlookers with his innate ability to flow off the top of his head. Soon after, C.O. set his sights on the production of his own unique brand of hip hop. Armed with his Yamaha RX7000, two turntables, and a microphone, C.O. Any began work on what was to become a true labor of love. Fast forward 5 years to Chicago, IL where C.O. is set to release his debut album, 'The Couch Sessions.' A true triple threat, C.O. Any handles the bulk of the beat production, scratching, and all of the rhyming on this independently released album, with help from DJ Rude 1 and producers Bill Blast, Mixarino and Edo Scoffier. In an age where the hip hop consumer is forced to cherry pick one or two listenable songs from an otherwise lackluster record, C.O. Any presents a cohesive and creative album with no filler. Twelve tracks deep, 'The Couch Sessions' offers up melodies, drum patterns, and rhyme schemes that will challenge the listener's ear while still remaining both accessible and easy to relate to. There is something here for everyone. Whether looking inward, outward, or simply flexing his lyrical chops, C.O. brings heat to each and every track. The production ranges from the chill to the absolute banger, and everything in between. C.O. Any's 'The Couch Sessions' is the culmination of many years of dedication to a craft that seems to know no limits.
