Monkey & the Whale
Brontosaurus are the greatest, yet slowest moving band on Earth. Debauched nights in the late 90s led to a peculiar collection of songs, many recorded at about 5am somewhere or other. Realising there were a few gems in and amongst the dog shite Connor Hammel, Crawford Baxter and Buck Saunders started to Polish the better tunes. They engaged the services of Zak 'Hairy' Watts to write and narrate a story that weaves it's way through the album. There have been many twists and turns in the on-going saga that is Brontosaurus. One day, when Wikipedia pick up on the existence of such a monstrous band walking around Planet Earth there will be a page dedicated to the bands history. For now, myspace has a bit more information on them but please don't believe what you read in the press.....Buck Saunders never was on the mud flats in Weston Super Mare in 2007, Connor Hammel really did go to India and change his name to Lapsong Suchang following the AKA debacle and Crawford Baxter never slept with Adam Ant (to our knowledge).
