Swing in Bavaria
Since the 1940s, The Royal Bavarians have performed for audiences throughout Europe, the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico and the Caribbean. The Royal Bavarians are now under the leadership of Werner and his son Bobby Heckmann. The Royal Bavarians blend their finely honed musical talents with enthusiasm that was beautifully captured on their recordings: 'The Happy Sound of the Royal Bavarians" "The Royal Sound of Werner & Bobby Heckmann" Nostalgia Non-Stop Live and "Swing in Bavaria". Bobby and Werner still set aside time performing live before dramatically diverse audiences. From deep in the Heart of Texas to first class cruise ships, from the moonlit palm beaches of Hawaii to the sandy shores of winter play-lands in Acapulco and Puerto Rico, from plush eastern country clubs to clubs amid the dazzling Manhattan night skyline, The Royal Bavarians leave behind wildly enthusiastic fans. They appeared regularly at the Lorelei Restaurant and the world famous Luchow's Restaurant in New York City, at New York State's popular Bear Mountain Inn and at the Historic Brotherhood Winery. They've headlined the annual German Alps Festival in Purling and Hunter Mountain, New York, The Great Escape in Lake George, New York, and have been featured in New York City's Steuben Day Parade. Other appearances have included Waterloo Village, Six Flags Great Adventure and Action Park, New Jersey, bell ringing aboard a cruise ship in the ice fields of Alaska, yodeling their way through the Panama Canal and echoing the beautiful sounds of the Alp Horn throughout the Bermuda Triangle. The Royal Bavarians - internationally acclaimed for their unique Alpine Shows with Schuhplattlers, Bell Ringers, Alp Horns and Yodelers, continue to entertain, enthrall and excite their audiences.
