....it all started with a snare drum, a guitar and a porch...Percussionist Josh Reddoch moved to town and contacted Beau about getting together & throwing some tunes around to kill some time. Strangers before the first 'porch session', this turned into a frequent happening, frequent enough to where it had become more of a 'practice' & honing of the backporch sounds. Doyle Spitzer was invited to sit in & join with his box of harmonicas to add to the weekly meetings, followed by his musician buddy Racecar Jim Bernick on upright bass. The band pushed the red button & recorded the album 'Undertow' with their own blend of instruments & lyrics, presenting a unique, cool, acoustic type of collection of music.
