Between the Strings is a Creative Improvising Music trio exploring the collision of sounds, noises, rhythm and melody. Comprised of violin, viola, contrabass and live electronics, Between the Strings creates rich orchestral and other-world timbres. Driving grooves and shocking textures merge to create rich musical landscapes of contrasting beauty and horror. Since the music is completely spontaneous, each concert is unique. The result is edgy, sometimes chaotic and always unpredictable.
